Signing up for an account at RenderFriend is easy. Simply review the acccount types below and choose which one best suits your needs. Initiate a payment and we will be notified immediately to set up your account. To expedite things even faster (and isn't "faster" the point of a render farm?), just contact us in advance via email, phone or SKYPE and we can have your account details all set up and ready to go. For special requests project pricing, just call us about the details and we'll get you covered.

To ensure a high level of render service, we limit the number of our Premier Accounts at any one time. What is a Premier Account you ask? See below about the account details. Also check the Premier Account status to the right. Again, if you have any special requests or urgent render needs, just get in contact with us and we'll get you covered. We're good like that.

Once your account is set up you will receive the FTP information so you can start moving your files to us right away.

RenderFriend sympathizes with the plight of strapped students using 3D in their studies. That's why we are offering the ability for students and educators to perform a Large Format Still Image Render or a Per-Frame Render at 50% off. Simply email a copy of your student ID card or Educator's ID to us. Let us know you would like to set up an Academic Account for a project. You can then use the Customized Payment option to pre-pay for your project and you can begin.

Payment Options

Payments can be made via PayPal and are secure and trustworthy. Keyframe Programming, Inc. has been a Business PayPal member in good standing since 2000. Other payment options include check, money order and bank wire. Our international clients find PayPal and bank wire the most convenient.

All accounts come with full use of our YouSendIt account for file uploading & downloading. If you already have an FTP server we can easily log in there and utilize that. For exceptionally large files we are happy to work with your FedEx or UPS account for overnight exchange of hard drives, discs, etc. Final results can also be delivered via DVD & CD for a small charge.

All projects are personally overseen and managed. Each one is processed on a first come/first served basis in the server queue.

Please bake or freeze any plugins you have to ensure that you get the desired results. Even though we will maintain all the most commonly used plug ins on the farm, slight differences in floating point calculations can make a difference in the final render so whatever baking you can do will help to ensure the expected result.

*Unlimited CPUs refers to all available CPUs that are not in use at the time by other RenderFriend clients. However, we cap our client usage to no more than 4 at any single time so preserve quality bandwidth.

Payment Policy

It is important to understand that full payment is required either at the start of an account, or immediately upon delivery of final output. It costs a considerable amount to maintain the overhead to keep the servers running and cool, etc. and so we are unable to carry a line of credit. Unless prior arrangements are made, all invoices are due upon receipt. Thank you for your understanding.
